Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rainjo. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. We will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping costs. Please note that we do not accept returns on personalized or customized items.
